General Duties

It is mandated that Partners of an LLP must continue conducting the business of the LLP to common advantage, to be fair and faithful to each other, and to produce true accounts and full information of all matters affecting the firm to all partners.

Implied authority, also known as “usual authority,” is the authority of an agent acting on behalf of the LLP. The person acting with implied authority performs reasonably in order to effectively carry out his duties based on the circumstances of the event.

All Partners have right to participate in the conduct of the business of the LLP and attain access to inspect and copy the book of accounts of the LLP.
